I knew from the beginning that we did not have a good leader. He was more like a dictator! You could look at his cabinet and see that he did not have good people. Now the riot at Capitol Hill shows what kind of people his followers are. I have never seen a leader provoke violence like Trump! History was made on that terrible day. The Capitol Police should have been better prepared for the protesters. Washington DC is a beautiful place with amazing memorials. We need to make sure that it is safe and not destroyed. I would like to be able to see teachers taking Junior High School students to the Capitol in the future. I would never like to see any president go through impeachment, but I think it is needed for Trump! Why would anybody to think of joining a mob? It does not make any sense. People were not using their brains. White supremacists should see a psychiatrist and get their minds checked. People should have a sense of joy and humanity!

Right now, it may not be safe for students to learn in person. Our best hope is if the CDC sends shipments of the vaccine to Chicago Public Schools and to suburban schools for teachers and other staff members. There will be better days coming soon once teachers and staff at all institutions have the vaccine. I cannot wait until people in the whole city and suburbs, along with their businesses, social services, and programming can go back to their place of employment. Developmentally disabled citizens and people with special needs will get services they require. Sons and daughters should be grateful to their moms and dads for taking care of them while they are not in schools. The best thing in life is to find work and people will be able to do this again soon after the virus is over. Living at home was the best time for some, but for others mom or dad might not be in the best of health or they might have a dark side.  The best education for students is when they are in school.   The time is now. Congratulations President and Vice President Elect! It is about time. We will once again be the land of the free! This is the best new leadership for our country going forward. Biden will be very honest and very sincere. I am proud for him to represent me. He will do what is the best thing for the United States. We will have equal rights under the new presidency. The new President and Vice-President elect are very loving individuals who will treat everyone the same. I want to thank them for introducing the new vaccine. I’ve never seen a new president take a vaccine in front of the whole United States of America. With new leadership from the Democratic Party, we will have more honesty, love, and sincerity. I think we have chosen the right person! We will finally have someone who will follow the science. This is the land of the free and we will have a leader who has love and not hate! We will be a new country going forward.

We could have been protected from the virus sooner if Trump would have said something. Things might have been different in Chicago. The whole CDC Board would have called the mayor and governor to meet and make sure all of the big businesses would not have to lay off their employees. The workers in our schools and our restaurants and cleaners would have been safe. Youth should have consequences if they do not follow the law. They should be punished by taking care of senior citizens, taking them to get vaccines and going shopping with them. This would help prevent any more business owners from going under. One risk to the city is our budget issues. There is something wrong with the governor’s budget plan. I think the number one most dangerous part is the 7 million dollar cut to the Cook County Department of Corrections.We need more services, not less. If we are not safe, how is Cook County going to reopen in-person learning in the county you live in? Some people think you should have the right to have the opportunity for dining privileges because their restaurants are being fined. The mayor and governor are saying that there are still many cases and it could be a risk. Since Thanksgiving, it could be getting worse instead of better. I am so happy that there is a vaccine that is 99% effective and it will go to front line workers first before the general public. The main thing is that the voters have a 46th president who in the first hundred days will ask the citizens to make sure to wear a mask and to not let their guard down. Use your brain and not what you sit on! Always take your temperature and do not forget to wash your hands and ask your company to do the same before everybody gets together to protect against spreading any part of the virus. I would like to see Chicago Public Schools take their time with students going back to the classroom. I’d like to know what the hurry is with them getting back. Chicago and the suburbs have to let students ask: Is there any need to help out in the community and volunteer instead of worrying so we can get this pandemic under control? Numbers are up in the hospital beds because of rising COVID-19 rates. This is because of consumers traveling when they were not supposed to. They were told not to!

COVID-19 has affected the economy. It affects all places, especially restaurants and our educational institutions. I wish that people who were not taking COVID-19 seriously would self-quarantine or that people who are not wearing masks would get checked out by a service provider. Be sure to make an appointment for your parents to show how much family is worth it. This could be the best time to check. We all want to return to the good times. Since the COVID-19 virus is mischievous we don’t want to end up miserable. Keep your head and be thankful that you have moms and dads. I know it is hard to stay safe, especially when the holiday is coming up. The best solution is to get tested and avoid complaining. We should teach young men and women what the COVID-19 virus is about and tell them to be careful. Parents should look out after children.
