Sports events and concerts are a great way to spend your time during this crazy period. Be very careful with what you say because of the political situation. There are amazing Pride parades and disability parades. On the sad side, there have also been issues with immigration and ICE. The Internet is a tool I use to find out how I can locally see plays and concerts. Citizens can check it for everyday use. Chicago is the best place for events. There are great things to see in the city and suburbs. Brandon Johnson, the mayor, may do a city government shutdown. Let’s hope that he can decide on a budget in time, so no events are cancelled. From what I know and what I see and what I hear, as someone who is a consumer who is a positive person, I believe you should be able to look in someone’s eyes and make an honest purchase. Unfortunately, you have to make sure you screen everybody and everything that has to do with spending money. Intellectual and disabled citizens are as equal as anyone in today’s world. They deserve consumer education, as well as equal rights and equal pay. Consumers that deserve respect in the everyday world deserve to have the right to purchase quality goods at honest prices. People with disabilities deserve the right to know about current events in the world and activities that are available for them. They are as equal as the teachers who teach them and do services for them. They should be taught how to do the activities that will be helpful for their lives. Current events affect everyone in the world, including people with disabilities. Special needs citizens have as much right as anybody else to approach current events in today’s world and to have access to education. Teach current events to people with special needs and special wants. They have all the same rights as anyone else, including equal pay for equal work. Job coaches should be checked out by teachers, parents, and other citizens that are in charge of the agency in order to be sure that they do not have a criminal record. Job coaches should be interviewed by parents in order for their loved ones to be protected. Job coaches and parents should work together and help each other so the next generation can have jobs in the community. We should make sure the job coach treats people equally. Job coaches should be able to find clients that are reliable and responsible. A disabled citizen should tell you about how a job coach has inspired them. They should be more positive about themselves. People with developmental disabilities have rights. Job coaches who work with them are going to have a great life if they make the lives of the people they serve great. The red light speeding cameras that are on the city streets and suburban roads are not needed as much as security ones. The tax money should be available for police cameras to prevent and make sure we are safe. Because there is so much crime around here, those cameras will help. Good behavior on the road is important. Cameras should be used in investigations that are even more important than speeding. Footage can help make sure that whoever did the crime can be caught so there are no false arrests. It is better to help taxpayers save money by putting police cameras on the highways, the interstate, the tri-state, and all other interstate ramps. Police cameras should also be put in grocery store and mall parking lots and underground parking lots. They should also be put in universities to help prevent any predators or any other deviants. President Biden did a great job in compromising with Russia in order to bring Brittney Griner home. It was great to see her back with her family. Hopefully we can have more positive news stories like this in the future.

There are better ways to solve disputes than using a weapon. It is a sad shame that the police and our court system are not able to solve things. The easiest way to stop violence is to ask everyone to make an appointment with a mental health professional. The mayor or governor should meet with President Biden to get a solution on how to handle the gun problem and get money for mental health providers. This is starting to not make any sense. There is not enough leadership. After so many cases of gun violence, including in the suburbs, the police, mayor, and others are still not taking things seriously. Sometimes gun violence cases are just because the owners are very careless and do not lock up a loaded gun to keep it out of a child’s reach. I am sick of this uncalled for and childish behavior. I do not understand why Russia invaded Ukraine. War is making the price of oil and food go up. It is sad that the cost of college tuition is outrageous. There are so many families who have been displaced because of the war. The best thing we can do is to get help for these people. UNICEF helps Ukraine. NBC has also been kind enough to set up fundraisers for Ukrainian citizens. The next generation is being punished all because of a pathetic coward who has no remorse. S ocial media should not be abused by people who show dangerous and abnormal behavior. Some people have obscene minds and are not sensible. What I want my readers to take away from this next blog is that social media has both good and hideous sides. Some people do not act civilized online and there are perpetrators who are not in their right mind. People should not be judged by their sexuality. There are teachers, coaches, police, firefighters, babysitters, students, caseworkers, caregivers, bus drivers, and many others who are all part of the LGBT community. Some people are not sure about themselves because of their sexuality. As long as people are not abusing others, like some priests, rabbis, police, or health care and nursing home workers have, their sexuality is their own personal decision and business. Violence and hate are a huge problem. The authorities are not able to handle the crime in Chicago. All of these shootings are like a pandemic! When is this going to stop? Look at the ways this world is so messed up! Even the police are part of the problem. If you need the police, you should not get abused. People should be treated equally no matter what their race is. We need to think positive and be kind to one another. Violence is not the answer. All these misunderstandings are a waste of time and are no reason to take a life. It is all so tragic. A violent criminal is not using their best judgment. The police must take into account the best ways to help those who need mental health treatment and always have backup. Some people need mental health support for violence prevention. All families grieve when they have their children hurt because of violence and homicide.   Chicago Public Schools are going back! During this cold weather, it is important to use hand sanitizer. After all of the pain and frustration, wearing masks among their own peers will be important for students. But above all we should hope they have hand sanitizer available in all of the hallways. Parents should also be sure to tell their teens and preteens to wash their hands before meals! I like the fact that our high schoolers can return back to campus safely. They just need to make sure that they are focusing on their work and staying healthy and safe, instead of being on their cell phones. They need to keep themselves safe by wearing their masks before entering campus. They need to think more about protecting others than their personal lives. Getting the vaccine to American citizens all over the map is important. I am confident there will be a big shipment soon. Hopefully there will be no more deaths. Let’s hope our store owners keep their heads up and we see more vaccines for our frontline workers. This was Biden’s campaign promise! I knew from the beginning that we did not have a good leader. He was more like a dictator! You could look at his cabinet and see that he did not have good people. Now the riot at Capitol Hill shows what kind of people his followers are. I have never seen a leader provoke violence like Trump! History was made on that terrible day. The Capitol Police should have been better prepared for the protesters. Washington DC is a beautiful place with amazing memorials. We need to make sure that it is safe and not destroyed. I would like to be able to see teachers taking Junior High School students to the Capitol in the future. I would never like to see any president go through impeachment, but I think it is needed for Trump! Why would anybody to think of joining a mob? It does not make any sense. People were not using their brains. White supremacists should see a psychiatrist and get their minds checked. People should have a sense of joy and humanity!

Right now, it may not be safe for students to learn in person. Our best hope is if the CDC sends shipments of the vaccine to Chicago Public Schools and to suburban schools for teachers and other staff members. There will be better days coming soon once teachers and staff at all institutions have the vaccine. I cannot wait until people in the whole city and suburbs, along with their businesses, social services, and programming can go back to their place of employment. Developmentally disabled citizens and people with special needs will get services they require. Sons and daughters should be grateful to their moms and dads for taking care of them while they are not in schools. The best thing in life is to find work and people will be able to do this again soon after the virus is over.   The time is now. Congratulations President and Vice President Elect! It is about time. We will once again be the land of the free! This is the best new leadership for our country going forward. Biden will be very honest and very sincere. I am proud for him to represent me. He will do what is the best thing for the United States. We will have equal rights under the new presidency. The new President and Vice-President elect are very loving individuals who will treat everyone the same. I want to thank them for introducing the new vaccine. I’ve never seen a new president take a vaccine in front of the whole United States of America. With new leadership from the Democratic Party, we will have more honesty, love, and sincerity. I think we have chosen the right person! We will finally have someone who will follow the science. This is the land of the free and we will have a leader who has love and not hate! We will be a new country going forward.
