Disability Employment

Job coaches should be checked out by teachers, parents, and other citizens that are in charge of the agency in order to be sure that they do not have a criminal record. Job coaches should be interviewed by parents in order for their loved ones to be protected.

Job coaches and parents should work together and help each other so the next generation can have jobs in the community. We should make sure the job coach treats people equally.

Job coaches should be able to find clients that are reliable and responsible. A disabled citizen should tell you about how a job coach has inspired them. They should be more positive about themselves.

People with developmental disabilities have rights. Job coaches who work with them are going to have a great life if they make the lives of the people they serve great. In order to have the great life, job coaches will need to help them succeed and reach for the stars. They should get their client decent jobs.

Disabled veterans also have the same rights as other people who served our country. They deserve good jobs because of their service as veterans.

The men and women in uniform should want to have the services they need since they served this country and became disabled veterans. Some, but not all, job coaches are former veterans of war, and they could take disabled citizens as clients.

Job coaches who work with people with disabilities can help them work in hospitality or in workshops, as janitors or in bookstores, or help them do anything else they want to do.

All job coaches should know that people deserve equal rights and equal pay.
